Ayr "Go Festival" will end with a night display and Fireworks! 

The Go Festival organised by the SIA will end with a Night display and Fireworks it's been confirmed.

More details where announced about the Go Festival that will see Ayr's first 10K Closed road run and Family cycle also on closed roads around Ayr passing many historical areas including Alloway.


The Go Festival takes place on Saturday 7th September 2019.

The Go! Festival is being organised on great courses from Ayr promenade to Alloway and visiting various historic sites on the way.

To make this a safe event for all involved we have to plan to close or restrict some roads while the races are coming through.


We have worked out a detailed road restriction programme and are keeping the road closures to a minimum time while making this a memorable event that will bring runners and cyclists back to Ayr year aftrer year.
