Body Found at Prestwick Golf Course in Search for Missing Erin Lawrie

Update from Ayrshire Police:

“Around 12 noon on Friday, 20 March, 2020, the body a woman was discovered at Prestwick Golf Course.

“Although a formal identification has still to take place, the family of missing woman Erin Lawrie has been informed.

“A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact circumstances of the death however police are not treating the death as suspicious.

“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
