It's the end of an era as Hourston's prepares to enter it's last day on Ayr high street after 125 years.
Hourston's will close Today (Wednesday 27th Febuary) at 5pm after 125 years on Ayr high street, Hourston's announced last month that the huge department store would close due to changing shopping habits with Mothercare also announcing it's departure from Ayr high street just 2 weeks later.
Hourston's also recently made headlines around the UK after it's amazing window display tribute to Queen along with several other popular window displays even at Christmas time.
Hourston's will close at 5pm with shoppers able to grab many last chance bargains and huge sales.
