Facebook & Instagram glitch stopping users from uploading photos or video

For the past few hours a strange glitch is stopping users from uploading Photos and videos to both Facebook and Instagram.

WhatsApp has also reported issues with Facebook currently working to resolve the issue, Many users took to Twitter for information and updates however no timescale for a fix has been issued yet.
