Annual outdoor Kilmarnock Music Festival 'K-Fest' is back

The K-Fest is an annual outdoor Music Festival which is held in the Town of Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, Scotland.


Now in its third year since inception, the Festival continues to grow from strength to strength – featuring a mix of local artists and talented entertainers from all over the United Kingdom.


This year’s event will be held at The Strand on Saturday 27th July from 4pm to 10pm, and will feature Headliners - Elephant Sessions, Supported by Anchor Lane, Twin Heart, Anna Sweeney, Kendama, Stara Zagora Music and Lori Smith.


‘Busk Stop Sessions’ are being held in the Town Centre every Saturday, 11am-3pm, in the lead-up to the event, with young buskers performing for the general public.



The Official Opening will be held on Friday evening, 26th July at 7:30 pm at the New Laigh Kirk Church, with a free showcase entitled ‘Anthems from Broadway and Beyond’ staged by the Loudoun Musical Society.


The K-Fest event itself offers a fantastic line-up of musicians for the evening’s performance. The venue will be fully-licensed and street food will be available for purchase.



Family-friendly entertainment will be available throughout the town during the day.
