Major power cut affecting thousands of North Ayrshire homes

A severe power cut between Ardrossan and West Kilbride has left thousands without power this evening.

KA22 and 23 areas have been worst hit but engineers are working to fix the issue ASAP.

Scottish power issued the following.

We are aware of a #POWERCUT in #KA23 #KA22 #Ardrossan #Westkilbride. Our engineers are working to restore supplies. Sorry for the inconvenience.
