Power cut hits parts of Kilmarnock and Kilmaurs

Scottish power Engineers have arrived on site at the Langlands Street substation in KA1 and KA2 areas of Kilmarnock and Kilmaurs to investigate the power loss in the area.

Reports arrived around 9pm that some areas in the above postcodes had lost power however Scottish power hope to have power restored in stages over the next few hours.
