The Voice semi-finalist Craig Ward and Drums N Roses set to appear at Prestwick light Switch-On

Prestwick's annual Lights Switch-On will take place on Sunday 24th November with the Voice 2017 semi-finalist Craig Ward preforming live.

Famous DJ Colin Mcardle will also hoast the stage throughout the day with many headline acts including Drums N Roses, Infinity Choir and magician Frazer Stokes also taking to the stage. A Festive market will also take place with many stalls and choices of food.

On Sunday November 24th we celebrate our Christmas Lights Switch On in style!

The event is organised by the Prestwick Business Association and friends from within our local community. The attendance throughout the years has been outstanding and we hope to maintain the strong community spirit during this year’s event by building on previous years.

This year we have a fantastic line up with Ayrshire personality Colin McArdle as host along with performances on our main stage from Heathfield Primary, Drums N Roses, Monkton Primary School,Dansarena , Infinity Choir, St Ninians Primary School, Fraser Stokes and The Voice Semi Finalist Craig Ward!

We also have Kingcase Primary Choir at 14:00 and Glenburn Primary Choir at 15:00 in Prestwick South Church.Fair Trade will also be appearing at Prestwick South Church during the afternoon of the event

On Station Road along with the main stage we have our Festive market featuring quality local and Ayrshire Traders and in Boydfield Gardens we have the Rotary Club of Prestwick Santas Grotto and our children's entertainment zone.

Friends of Broadway are showing 2 films which is hosted by the Royal Air Force Association. The two films are 13.00 ELF and 17.30 THE SANTA CLAUSE. Both films are family friendly, there is no entry fee but they will be accepting charity donations.
