Extensive enquiries are underway to locate Robert, however attempts to locate him have so far proved unsuccessful. We have been checking CCTV footage and linking in with family and friends for any small piece of information which could help us trace Robert. We have receieved information that Robert may have travelled to Belfast or Dublin via ferry from Cairnryan. I would appeal to anyone who may have seen Robert or who has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact us.” Anyone with information is asked to contact officers at Ayr Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 3663 of 01 February 2018.
