Woman, 88, dies after Largs HGV collision
An 88-year-old woman has died following a collision in Largs on Wednesday, 1 April, 2026. Around 10.05am, the female pedestrian was crossing Main Street when she was struck by an HGV being driven by a 51-year-old man. Emergency services attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Nando’s to Open First Ayrshire Restaurant Next Month
Nando’s has announced it will open its first restaurant in Ayrshire at Kilmarnock Retail Park on Wednesday 21 January.
