Woman, 88, dies after Largs HGV collision

An 88-year-old woman has died following a collision in Largs on Wednesday, 1 April, 2026. Google Maps, Main Street, Largs Around 10.05am, the female pedestrian was crossing Main Street when she was struck by an HGV being driven by a 51-year-old man. Emergency services attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Essential resurfacing on the A77 at Kilmarnock commences Monday, 30th March 2026
