UPDATE – ASSAULTS - IRVINE
With reference to reported incidents of alleged assault on dog walkers within the Lawthorn area of Irvine and Eglinton Park area of Kilwinning.
Police Scotland can confirm that a 58 year old man has been arrested by officers for his alleged involvement in 4 incidents of assault and offences under the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2006. All have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
