A spell of persistent and heavy rainfall is expected to continue to affect the area from Monday through into Tuesday. The area at greatest risk is northern parts where some localised flooding to low-lying land and roads is likely. Property flooding could also occur. Difficult driving conditions and ponding of water in known trouble spots is expected. SEPA will continue to monitor the situation and further updates will appear here if necessary.
