Its as part of the upcoming launch of Ayrshire360.

East Ayrshire Leisure Trust has been evolving and expanding in recent years, and from April 2026 the organisation will move forward under the new Ayrshire360 collective. The change represents more than a rebrand, with organisers describing it as a unified vision focused on creating opportunities across East Ayrshire and strengthening local communities.

The ambitious initiative aims to help generate £7 million worth of additional jobs by 2030, reflecting a strong commitment to skills development, employment pathways and community growth.

The recruitment fair will give local residents the chance to learn more about upcoming roles and register their interest for future opportunities expected to be announced later this year.

Positions are expected to span a wide range of sectors including sport and fitness, culture and the arts, hospitality, sustainability and countryside services, financial and HR roles, as well as marketing and communications.

Two sessions will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at The Dick Institute on Elmbank Avenue in Kilmarnock. The first runs from 2pm to 3.15pm, followed by a second session from 4pm to 5.15pm.

Experienced staff will also be available after each session to offer guidance on application processes and interview preparation, with additional support running from 3.20pm to 4pm and from 5.20pm to 6pm.

Organisers say the event is open to anyone interested in exploring new career opportunities or contributing positively to communities across East Ayrshire.
