The once-popular Kyle Centre shopping centre has closed its doors officially.
The centre which had been in difficulty for some time will not re-open when retail is allowed to open after the current lockdown it's been confirmed today.
Ayrshire Daily News contacted The Kyle Centre management, who refused to comment on the closure, neither confirming nor denying it last week however today the asset managers of the Ayr kyle centre, Alloway Scotland LLC confirmed that the once-popular centre won't reopen once lockdown restrictions are relaxed.
Staff close to the centre contacted ADN last week confirming that the doors would be closed and staff were going to be getting made redundant once the furlough scheme ends.
