WEATHER: Mini Heatwave on the way but just how warm will it get?

Dry with warm sunny spells developing on Wednesday.


This Evening and Tonight:


Any isolated afternoon showers soon dying out. Otherwise dry with most enjoying some late sunshine and overnight clear spells. Turning cloudy across the Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire later. Winds light and variable. Minimum temperature 7 °C.


Wednesday:


A cloudy start in the south, otherwise all parts staying dry and enjoying fair weather with plenty of sunshine developing. Central Belt will be warmest with light winds. Maximum temperature 22 °C.


Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:


Thursday, Friday dry with plenty of sunshine lifting most well into 20's Celsius With 27c possible, Scattered showers Saturday, but still warm and bright for many.
