WEATHER: Temperatures set to hit 22° This weekend as Azores high heads for Ayrshire

Get those barbecues dusted off and the garden chairs at the ready because temperatures are on the rise from this weekend.

Temperatures will start to climb on Thursday with temperatures reaching 19° or 20° On Saturday however By Sunday temperatures will reach 22° with a possible 23° and the warmer weather is expected to continue into next week. Temperatures are on the rise thanks to the Azores high pushing up over the UK from the Southwest however before the warmer weather arrives Ayrshire will remain wet until Friday with heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms possible.
