UPDATE - FATAL ROAD CRASH – CUMNOCK
Regarding our previous appeal regarding a fatal road crash involving three cars on the A76 between Cumnock and New Cumnock, on Saturday 24 March 2018, please note:
The lady who died at the scene can now be named as 68 year old Isabella Miller from the Dumfries area. Isabella was a passenger in the Vauxhall Antara. Her family are aware.
A 26 year old man has been arrested and charged in connection with her death and a number of alleged road traffic offences.
He is expected to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court this afternoon, Monday 26 March 2018. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
