Young people from across North Ayrshire met with the decision-makers of North Ayrshire Council during National Youth Work Week 2025. Two men, aged 20 and 57, have been arrested after drugs and a firearm were recovered during a police search at an address in Kilwinning on Wednesday 12 November 2025. Officers from the Local Policing Team and Priority Policing Team in Irvine carried out the search at a house on Innerwood Road, where controlled drugs believed to be crack cocaine and cannabis with an estimated street value of £3250 were seized.
