BGCP Comic makes plans to take over the Citadel for it’s long awaited return
An estimated 2000 people are expected to attend the event on Saturday 4th June, which included traders, cosplayers, comics, gaming, props and workshops.
BGCP have organised the popular Ayr Comic Con since 2018 until it was forced to take a break due to Covid19 but now looks to return bigger than ever.
Tickets are priced at £3 with under 10’s going completely Free and can be ordered via the BGCP website, there will be workshops that can be purchased such as slime making workshops, Jurassic Class, Design your own Superhero and superhero mask sessions for kids. Comic fans can expect everything on sale from Comic Books, Graphic Novels, 1st Appearance Comics, Action Figures, Statues, Pins, Funko Pops, Trading Cards, Keyrings, Toys, T-Shirts, Printed Art, Original Art, Mugs, Lanyards, Candles and D&D. Attendees will also be able to meet 7 foot tall Bumblebee the Transformer, get their picture taken with props and play retro arcade machines as well as retro consoles for free.
Ayr Comic Con takes over the Citadel Leisure Centre South Harbour Street, Ayr, KA7 1JB on Saturday 4th June from 10am to 4pm.
