Educational Institute of Scotland (EIS) will take part in the industrial action this week with another 24 hour strike planned for Wednesday the 3rd of May. Students are getting concerned that the next batch of strikes could take place when Critical exams are ready to take place. Strikes also affect students study and learning and can have major impacts at exam times.
The strikes are taking place by lecturers over disputes with pay.
