Miller Homes Scotland West has strengthened its presence in Ayrshire with the acquisition of 6.96 acres of land in Beith, North Ayrshire, formerly owned by the Church of Scotland.

The site will be developed into Manse Field, a new residential community featuring 44 energy-efficient semi-detached and detached family homes.

Construction at Manse Field is already underway, with first completions expected by Summer 2026. The West of Scotland - and Ayrshire in particular - continues to experience strong demand for new housing, driven by population growth and improved transport links, which have heightened the need for larger family homes in the region.

Building on the success of its previous Ayrshire development, Evergreen Manor in Kilmaurs, Miller Homes has ensured that the planning process for Manse Field includes rigorous consultation to protect local natural habitats, supporting the long-term well-being of the community.

Andrew McArthur, Regional Operations Director at Miller Homes Scotland West, said:

“This latest land purchase underlines our commitment to the Ayrshire market and supports our strategy of investing in high-demand areas. Manse Field will create a new community of modern, high-quality, energy-efficient homes that will welcome families seeking a rural setting, with easy access to Ayrshire and Glasgow."
