Missing Airdrie teenager may have travelled to Ayr

Police Scotland is appealing for information to trace a 14 year-old boy missing from North Lanarkshire.

Kevin Paul (14) was last seen on Friday 19 July 2019 around 8.20 pm at the Time Capsule in Coatbridge.

Kevin is described as around 5ft 3 of stock build with short brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen he was wearing a blue and green The North Face hooded top, grey tracksuit bottoms and blue Nike trainers.

Constable Christopher Ross, Airdrie Police Office, said:

“Kevin has went missing before and always comes back however due to his age we are growing increasingly concerned for him.

“He has been in touch with friends and those he lives with on the phone since he went missing however we need to see him in person and bring him home to make sure he is safe and well.

“He has links to Ayrshire and may possibly be in the Ayr and Craig Tara areas. We would appeal for anyone who may have seen him or knows of his whereabouts to get in touch with us.”

Anyone with any information should contact Police via 101, quoting incident number 4129 of Friday 19 July 2019.
