Police Appeal Following Man Exposing Himself in Kilwinning

Police Scotland Ayrshire are appealing for information following two reports of a man exposing himself on a residential street.

The first incident took place around 4:45pm on Sunday 16 March 2025 - where a male was seen exposing himself on Main Street, Kilwinning.


Ten minutes later, around 4:55pm on Sunday 16 March 2025, the same male was seen exposing himself on the lane between Lauchlan Way and Main Street, Kilwinning.


The male is described as aged between 17 to early 20s, 5’6”-5’8”, brown hair, wearing a light-coloured, long-sleeved ‘Stone Island’ branded top, a body warmer and shorts.


Chief Inspector Normansell said:


“Clearly, this was a disturbing and upsetting incident, which was thankfully reported to police.


“We are asking the public to get in touch if they think they know who this man is - or have witnessed similar incidents recently. We will be carrying out extensive enquiries to find the man responsible.
