Talk Talk suffers total loss of service in the West Scotland area

Thousands of Talk Talk customers in West Scotland including Ayrshire have been left with no Broadband or TV services after an unknown issue occurred.

Affected customers can’t access internet or TV services that use internet however some Phone lines are still reported to be working. 

Talk Talk issuer the following statement online 

We're aware that some customers in the West Scotland area are currently experiencing issues using their Phone, Broadband and TV service. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue. We are currently investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as we can. We'll keep you updated on our progress right here, so check back later for updates.
