If you’re attending the day please take the time to watch the video as it will provide you with information if you are travelling by car, the Shuttle Bus or are walking or cycling to the event and our event entry points.

Tickets - these were emailed to the lead booker at the time of booking. We have moved from posting out physical tickets to a QR code style ticket that can be shown on your mobile via your digital mobile wallet, the Eventbrite App or printed at home.
SAC encourage you to add these to your digital phone wallet due to mobile phone signal strength around certain parts of the event.
Tickets will be scanned on entry to the event and wristbands for access to the attractions and activities will be provided by staff. Entry points - We have 3 Event entry points this year.
Beech Grove off Craigie Way (For those walking/cycling or those using the new shuttle bus, bus stop)🎪University Avenue at Craigie House (For attendees using the Main Event Car Parks and walking/cycling from that direction.
Blue Badge Parking/River Walk (For attendees using the Blue Badge Car Park or for those walking over the River Ayr Bridge from Holmston Road. All details of the location of the entry points are detailed in the video.
Community Fun Day Shuttle Bus - Kindly supported by Stagecoach the Shuttle Bus will be operating on a special timetable on a loop with pick up points at Ayr Bus Station, Burns Statue Square to our Communities Fun Day Bus stop on Craigie Way.
The return service will pick up at Craigie Way and drop off at Burns Statue Square, continuing via the High Street and Sandgate to Ayr Bus Station. Following event feedback last year we have moved the Community Fun Day Bus Stop to Craigie Way just off Beech Grove with a short distance to our event entry point at Beech Grove.
Blue Badge Parking - Following event feedback last year, we have moved the Blue Badge Parking to University Car Park 4 which provides a shorter distance to the main areas of the event alongside our new ticket entry point. A current Blue Badge is required to access this parking area. We do have more spaces this year however, they are still limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.
If you are unable to locate your ticket email please email our Communities Fun Day team at tp@south-ayrshire.gov.uk or call 01292 612968 during office hours as the ticket email can be re-issued.
SAC look forward to welcoming you to the event and hope you have a fun filled day out! 🥳
