A heatwave looks set to hit Ayrshire during the later half of next week weather models are suggesting.
Although plenty of room for change some models show temperatures of 27⁰ and even 30⁰ for Ayrshire later next week and into next weekend.
If this warm spell of weather hits it would be the warmest spell of the summer so far with high temperatures set to last more than 4 days.
