Worlds largest screen is coming to Ayr for drive-in cinema this Halloween

The screen, consisting of 100 square metres will be coming to horrify you this Halloween in Ayr.

This isn't just any drive-in cinema. Event organisers hope to create a unique experience with in-car karaoke and prizes for the best dressed.

No matter where you are in the venue, your viewing experience is set to be amazing.

Not only that, organisers 'At The Flix' have chosen Glasgow Prestwick Airport as the location making sure it is a reputable and safe venue, with excellent capacity to safely distance cars from one another and making it easily accessible.

It's going to be a great hit for all the family with cinema-style food on sale and an experienced traffic management company, plus lots of friendly staff will make sure you arrive and leave stress free.

Over 10 movies will span over 3 days at the venue and you can book tickets online at with some of the big hits on show including, IT (2017) and Ghostbusters.

You will be able to tune in to the movies sound directly in your cars radio using a special FM frequency - ensuring great quality loud sound that you can control yourself in your own space.

This is a safe way to bring some entertainment to families across Ayrshire during these difficult times and event organisers ensure that government guidelines will be adhered to at all times.

Tickets will be scanned through closed windows to minimise contact. Cars will be parked one to two metres apart. Toilets will be available with a 1 in 1 out rule, with regular sanitising in place.

Organisers, At The Flix, say they are providing a virus-free way of getting out, and the opportunity for families to have a few hours of normality in these challenging times.

Tickets are priced at £36 per car pre-purchased. There will be food and drinks offerings, however, you are welcome to bring your own snacks for your comfort and safety.
