Prestwick has welcomed a charming new addition to its bustling Main Street – and it’s one that promises wagging tails and pampered pups.

Local entrepreneur Kerris, known to many for her work at Station Pets in Fairlie, has officially opened The Dogs Deli – a unique store offering natural dog treats, premium dog food, stylish accessories, and a standout feature that’s already making tails wag; a DIY Dog Wash.
After nearly four years working alongside her dad and over two years searching for the perfect spot, Kerris’ dream of opening her own shop in Prestwick has finally come true. Sharing the exciting news on social medi at the beginning of the journey, Kerri’s wrote:
“A BIG pinch me moment!
“I’m so excited to share that I’ve just secured the keys for my own shop in Prestwick Main Street!
“The Dogs Deli will be offering a selection of natural dog treats, high quality dog food, accessories & DIY Dog Wash area
“I’ve been working alongside my dad, running Station Pets in Fairlie for nearly 4 years. It’s been a dream of mine to have a store in Prestwick and after 2 years of searching, I’m over the moon to have found the perfect location!
“I can’t wait to get started & meet all of the Prestwick pups”.
Opened on Wednesday 7th May, The Dogs Deli has already begun turning heads with its new innovative DIY Dog Wash station. For just £15 per 30-minute session, dog owners can clean their four-legged friends with everything provided – from shampoo and towels to a dog-friendly hair dryer and finishing cologne. No booking is required, making it a stress-free option for busy dog parents.

Kerris’ passion for pets shines through in every corner of the new shop, and local residents are already showing their support for the new venture.
