A70 road between Coalhall and Coylton re-opens after 'serious accident' in the early hours o

Emergency services were in attendance early this morning and diversions were in place shortly after a serious accident on the A70 between Coalhall and Coylton.

Access to the road is now re-open after it was shut from Holmston Roundabout.

Stagecoach tweeted the following:

The bus operators were unable to serve Coylton this morning after diversions were put in place.

No injuries have been confirmed.
