AIR WE GO AGAIN! - SCOTTISH AIRSHOW IS A SUCCESS FOR 2015

Record breaking crowd for the Scottish Airshow 2015 see's just over 120,000 people turning up for the spectacular event.

Airshow organiser's told Ayrshire Daily News that they had ordered the sun for the two day event held at Low Green Ayr and Prestwick Airport, well it was surely delivered to them on the day, 1st class as we seen clear Sky's.

An estimated 120,000 people were at the Airshow event and Air Displays were watched as far as Heads of Ayr and Greenan Castle - this is twice the amount of people than last year as organisers estimated over 60,000.

Ayrshire Daily News, Euan Ruddick, was speaking to the Scottish Minster of Transport Derek MacKay who told us "The traffic flow was great getting here, it's great to see so many people out here watching the show, and hopefully the way that planning has gone people will appreciate a slight delay in traffic"

The RAF team provided a breath-taking display of stunts and sequences to excite the crowd watching from miles away and on the Low Green - This display was commentated by the Red Arrow ground team, which we were speaking to in the Mercure Hotel just 1 night before the big show, one ground team member told us, he was very excited for the display and hopes to be back next year.

We hosted the Scottish Airshow's 2015 entertainment stage with Digital Kitchens & Bedrooms, where we had a line-up of Act's throughout the day including Kids Entertainer MAGIC MALKY, Vocalist - Chloe Barnes, Vocalist Katee Kross, Jennie Campbell's dance school and more - it was hosted by our very own Euan Ruddick of Ayrshire Daily News and Heart Radio DJ Gavin Wallace!
