Centrestage are here to help you during Covid-19

Over the weeks ahead, Centrestage will be delivering the following services for the foreseeable future to help and support people across Ayrshire.

they will be supporting our communities with Centrestage Food and Support, Centrestage Home and Centrestage Chat in collaboration with our wider partners. ’At times like these we all need to work together to support and help everyone across our villages and towns stay connected, safe and well’

Earlier in the week, it was announced that Centrestage will be the delivery partner in collaboartion with Braehead Foods, funded by Marie Macklin’s, ‘Lift Up Your Hearts’ initiative. Alongside this, we will be working with Buzzworks and wider partners to deliver ‘Centrestage Food and Support’, for people across Ayrshire.

To make this happens, the theatre at James Little Street has been transformed into a food warehouse to centralise this operation and to maximise the opportunity to have as much food available to those who need it over the months ahead.

‘Centrestage at Home’ will bring classes and activities to you virtually, to enjoy via mobile, laptop, tablet or TV. From Aspire and Musical Generations to Gospel and Soul and pre-school, as well some extra special surprises, to allow you to enjoy having a wee bit of Centrestage at home.

Keep an eye on their social media for more information on dates and times and please get involved. They can’t wait to see footage of you singing and dancing along!

‘Centrestage Chat’ will provide the opportunity to speak with their team just to have a natter. Centrestsge don’t want anyone to feel lonely or without company, so their team are ready to for a chat and to help support in any way they can.

Paul Mathieson, Centrestage CEO said, “We will do all that we can to support anyone across Ayrshire that needs our help during these times. Please call us if you need any basic essentials, food or to speak with a member of our team. We’re all in this together.”
