Major airlines including KLM and British airways planes diverted to Prestwick


Severe ice has forced one runway at Glasgow Airport to close causing several major airlines to diver to Glasgow Prestwick international Airport. 


Ice has recently been an issue after recent hail shower and dropping temperatures below -3c at times.

Major airlines including KLM and British airways are reported to be diverting to Prestwick until further notice. 

Easy jet, Thomson, British Airways and KLM are currently diverted with more set to follow.
