Matthew Bell sentenced to 9 years in prison after he pled guilty to a series of child sex offences

Matthew Bell (51) has been sentenced to nine years imprisonment and six years supervision after he pled guilty to a series of child sexual abuse offences in Irvine, North Ayrshire.

Bell was convicted of the charges under the Sexual Offences Act on Tuesday 2 July 2019 at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and today, Thursday 25 July 2019, returned to be sentenced.
