Over 3,000 Kilmarnock Supporters Allowed For Monday’s Championship Opener Against Ayr

Following an application made to East Ayrshire Council, the club can confirm this evening that a capacity of 3,692 Season Ticket holders has been granted for Monday’s Championship opener against Ayr United.

The club applied to East Ayrshire Council for an increase to the 2,000 capacity allowed by the Scottish Government in Level 0. Following discussions with the Safety Advisory Group, the 3,692 figure was the maximum the local authority would grant.

The match will be open to home supporters only with all four stands in use.

The club has also been granted dispensation to use a small portion of the Frank Beattie Stand in order to maximize the capacity for the big match on Monday.
