Say nappy New Year to a bouncing baby boy

Staff at Ayrshire Maternity Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse have welcomed their first baby of 2018.

Baby boy Joey Cook made his entrance to the world at 1.19am on New Year’s Day weighing 6lb 1oz.

Mum Kerryann Bonini and dad Graeme Cook from Hurlford were delighted with their earlier than expected arrival, with Joey being born at 35 weeks.
