Our new Chief Constable Iain Livingstone takes charge at Police Scotland today.
He'll be leading the 22,000 dedicated officers and staff who make up the UK's second largest police service.
In his first act as Chief, he'll be speaking to our newest recruits about the importance of #leadership and #PublicService
